This notification is to announce the update of S&EP Leaflet 03/2011 – “Equipment Safety And Environmental Protection (SEP) Risk Referral” to Version 3.1.

A review has been completed and changes to the leaflet include the major rework of DE&S Risk Referral/Escalation Template, in particular, the MC (formerly FLC) side is no longer included in the template.
