20240708 - Additional guidance provided for the Disposal/Sale of articles to a 2nd Party.
This notification announces that guidance has been updated within Guidance Manual Sections 4. How to do it @ 4.16.2.7. and SMP12 @ 12.7.1.24. to highlight that Legislation is in place for when Projects intend to sell/dispose of articles to a 2nd Party.
